The earth shook last week in Bangkok.
As you probably already know, a 7.7 magnitude earthquake shook Myanmar and much of Thailand on March 28. Nobody in Bangkok was expecting an earthquake, myself included.
While the earthquake was not that bad in Bangkok, with few injuries and most buildings still standing, it has given me and the city what the papers are now calling “earthquake drunkenness.”
Is that even a thing?!?!
I’m not sure, but I do know we’re scared of our buildings now.
